Wavy American FLAG build | Woodworking ILLUSION
Wavy American flag build is an illusion easily achieved with a few tools and some patience. This flag build was something i've never done before, but I wanted to make something that means a lot to me. I'm early in my woodworking journey and being a current Airman in the US Air Force Reserves, a veteran, and a firefighter, the American flag means a great deal to me. The illusion we were going for here was that of an American Flag Waving in the wind. I tried my had at powercarving using the Arbortech cutting wheel which is only one facet of the woodworking skillset. This thing cut wavy flag like butter. It is amazing what you can do if you step outside of your comfort zone a change. Hopefully, this wavy flag build will show you that you can do anything you put your mind too and maybe you'll try something new.
