I learned a valuable lesson building this Charcuterie board

This ended well. I think I need new shorts though. I've waited so long to make my first board and I don't know why. The process was fun and I think this is just the gateway to making more charcuterie and cutting boards. My advice to anyone trying to start something new is to stop thinking about it and just jump right in. You would be surprised as to how successful you can be. I know I was. Since I recorded this video, I've made just shy of 10 boards.
